Please join us for breakfast and a friendly round of golf (9:00am, Shotgun Start).
Following golf, enjoy lunch overlooking the historic course and Kennebunk River.
7:00am Hotel Reception Desk opens for check-out.
Please check out prior to departure for CAGC.
Guests are invited to store their luggage at the golf club while you play. Luggage tags will be provided as you board the trolley. A small locker room with showers are available for after play.
8:00am Trolley will depart Hidden Pond.
Breakfast & Coffee will be available upon arrival at Cape Arundel Golf Club.
9:00am Shotgun Start.
A limited number of golf club rentals are available at the club. Please let us know if you would like to reserve rentals when you RSVP.
You can ship your personal clubs via Ship Sticks.
Cape Arundel is a soft spike only facility.
Dress Code: Gentlemen must wear collared or mock turtleneck shirts. Jeans, tank tops, gym shorts, and sweats are not permitted.
Telephone calls and music are not allowed on the golf course.
Pace of play: a foursome walking is expected to finish in 3hrs 45min. (Golf carts will be provided).
Refreshments will be provided on the course.
12:30pm Lunch and Conversation.
Guests are invited to join for lunch and conversation before we say farewell.
2:00pm Departure.
We kindly ask that arrangements are made to depart either directly from Cape Arundel Golf Club or from the hotel to the airport. We strongly recommend you do not rely on ride-shares (Uber, etc) or taxi as they are very unpredictable in Kennebunkport.
Trolley will depart from Cape Arundel Golf Club to return guests to the hotel as needed*.
*Transportation will be provided between Hidden Pond (and surrounding hotels) and Cape Arundel Golf Club at 8:00am and 1:30pm.
